What You Bring: - You bring at least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare. - You bring strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a compassionate approach. - You bring proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office applications. - You bring the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - You bring knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience working in a healthcare call center. - Certification in customer service or healthcare administration.
