Job Title: Healthcare Call Center Representative Company Overview: A-Line Staffing Solutions is a leading staffing agency specializing in healthcare placements across the United States. Role Overview: As a Healthcare Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, delivering exceptional customer service and support. Your role is vital in managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate information to ensure a smooth healthcare experience. What You'll Do: - You will answer inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers promptly and professionally. - You will assist callers by providing accurate information regarding appointments, services, and policies. - You will schedule and confirm patient appointments using healthcare management software. - You will document all interactions and update patient records accurately. - You will handle patient concerns and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary. - You will participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on healthcare protocols and call center procedures. - You will maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations at all times. What You Bring: - You have at least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with computer systems and healthcare software. - You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You are able to work onsite in Monroeville, PA with flexible M-F schedules. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems. - Knowledge of medical terminology. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience in a healthcare call center environment.
