Job Title: Healthcare Call Center Representative Company Overview: A-Line Staffing Solutions is a leading staffing agency specializing in healthcare and administrative roles across the United States. Role Overview: As a Healthcare Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, ensuring clear communication and efficient handling of inquiries. Your role is vital in supporting healthcare operations and enhancing patient satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will answer inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers promptly and professionally. - You will provide accurate information regarding appointments, billing, and healthcare services. - You will document and update patient records and call logs accurately. - You will assist in scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments. - You will escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed. - You will maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. - You will participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on policies. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues. What You Bring: - You have at least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare. - You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You are proficient with computer systems and data entry. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with callers. - You are able to work onsite in Monroeville, PA with flexible M-F schedules. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems. - Knowledge of medical terminology. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience in a healthcare environment.
