Job Title: Healthcare Call Center Representative Company Overview: A-Line Staffing Solutions is a leading staffing agency specializing in healthcare and administrative roles across the United States. Role Overview: As a Healthcare Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, ensuring clear communication and efficient handling of inquiries. Your role is vital in supporting healthcare operations by providing excellent customer service and accurate information. What You'll Do: - You will answer inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers promptly and professionally. - You will provide accurate information regarding appointments, billing, and healthcare services. - You will document all interactions thoroughly in the call center database. - You will escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. - You will maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on healthcare policies and procedures. - You will collaborate with team members to improve call center processes and patient satisfaction. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare. - You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are proficient with computer systems and data entry. - You have the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. - You are detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems. - Knowledge of medical terminology. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience working in a healthcare environment.
