Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in Oklahoma) Pay: $18.00/hour (Max Bill Rate: $25.20) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CST Training: 4–6 weeks | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Attendance Mandatory) Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire Department: Safety Position Overview We are seeking a Front-Line Customer Service Representative to support inbound calls in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment. This is a telephonic role (no sales) assisting members, prospective members, and providers with: • Benefits questions • Pharmacy services • Provider listings • Medicare Part D enrollment inquiries • General healthcare coverage support This position offers contract-to-hire potential based on performance and attendance. Key Responsibilities Customer Service (Primary Role) • Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently • Provide accurate information regarding benefits, pharmacy services, and provider networks • Assist with Medicare Part D enrollment questions • Maintain compliance with regulatory and CMS guidelines • Document interactions accurately in internal systems Administrative & Reporting Support (Secondary Duties as Needed) • Manage calendars and administrative needs for leadership • Schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare materials • Run daily sales reports, seasonal reporting, and weekly vendor reporting • Analyze market data to support decision-making • Assist with executive-level presentations • Support communication efforts across Merchandising and cross-functional teams Required Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of related experience • Knowledge of Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines related to Medicare Part D enrollment processes OR prior experience in a regulatory environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Comfortable working independently and in team environments • Capable of managing change and fostering a positive team environment • Confident decision-making skills within strict timelines • Dependable, responsible, and accountable Preferred Qualifications • Healthcare insurance experience • Call center experience Technical Requirements • Minimum internet speed: 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload • Hardwired ethernet connection required • Reliable, distraction-free workspace Additional Details • Fully remote (Oklahoma residents only) • Must attend all training as scheduled (no exceptions) • High-volume call center environment • Fast-paced production expectations Benefits (For Full-Time Employees) Available after 90 days: • Medical • Dental • Vision • Life Insurance • Short-Term Disability 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service (based on eligibility requirements).
