Role: As a YouTube Strategist at Knwn Local, you will own the success of up to 20 real estate professionals. This role places you as the strategic partner who ensures clients generate $10M-$100M in sales through their YouTube presence. You'll develop content strategies, manage production teams, and drive measurable results. This requires someone who takes ownership, solves problems independently, and treats client success as personal success. As a key representative of the Knwn Local (formerly A Impact Media) brand, you must embody our four core values through your work: • Beyond Excellence - We raise the bar, then we raise it again • Extreme Ownership - Own the Outcome • Proactive Curiosity - Curious minds build better things • Mission Focused - Small things build big things Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Client Success • Develop and implement unique, market-specific content strategies for up to 20 real estate professionals, ensuring each becomes the recognized authority in their local market • Achieve first measurable win within 30 days of client onboarding, setting the foundation for long-term success • Lead weekly strategy sessions and monthly performance reviews, maintaining 90% client retention rate with 18-24 month average lifetime • Drive 100-1000 YouTube subscriber growth per month per client while generating 5-15+ quality leads monthly Content & Production Management • Architect content strategies with 3 distinct pillars per client, aligning with their specific market positioning and business goals • Oversee production of 4 videos per month per client, maintaining 90% on-time delivery within our 10-14 day launch timeline • Coordinate cross-functional production pods including 15+ video editors, 5+ writers, 3+ designers, and social media managers • Ensure all content embodies our "Beyond Excellence" standard, raising the bar, then raising it again Performance & Growth Optimization • Implement YouTube optimization strategies that support $10M-$100M in client sales generation • Document and achieve 85% completion rate on all strategic action items • Develop scalable content frameworks that support multi-platform deployment • Proactively identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies every 30 days Team & Resource Coordination • Lead and inspire production teams to deliver premium quality content that creates raving fans • Reduce resource conflicts by 90% through effective scheduling and communication • Submit production schedules 7 days in advance and resource requests 5 business days before needed • Foster collaboration between writers, designers, editors, and social media managers Results: • Maintain 90% client retention rate (18-24 month average lifetime) • Achieve 90%+ implementation rate of planned content strategies • Generate consistent 100-1000 subscriber growth per month per client • Support $10M-$50M in sales generation for each client • Deliver 5+ quality leads per month per client • Maintain client NPS score of 90% or higher • Ensure first measurable win within 30-90 days for every new client Requirements: Experience & Expertise • 2-5 years of proven experience developing and implementing content strategies that drive real business results • Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, optimization techniques, and growth strategies • Track record of managing multiple client relationships in professional services or agency environment • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing creative resources Strategic & Analytical Skills • Ability to develop market-specific strategies that differentiate clients from competitors • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making capabilities • Experience translating content metrics into business outcomes • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities Leadership & Communication • Exceptional presentation skills with ability to lead client strategy sessions • Strong project management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail • Self-directed work style perfect for remote environment with occasional in-office meetings • Ability to communicate complex strategies in clear, actionable terms Mindset & Values Alignment • Genuine passion for helping real estate professionals achieve market authority • Embodiment of "Extreme Ownership"owning outcomes for client success • Proactive curiosity that drives continuous improvement and innovation • Mission-focused approach where small improvements compound into transformative results Schedule: • Full-time remote position with protected deep work mornings (before noon PST) • Afternoon availability (12-4pm PST) for meetings and collaboration • Weekly client check-ins and monthly performance reviews • Bi-weekly 1:1s with Pod Leader Location: Remote (Work from anywhere in the US) Compensation: Pay can range from $6,000 to $8,500 a month (66,000 to 102,000 base salary), depending on skill & experience, plus performance bonuses.
