Overview Put your administrative experience to use in a professional home services company. A Better Crawl, Inc. is looking for a skilled, customer service-oriented person who would excel at building relationships with our customers. Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms is preferred. Responsibilities • Provide administrative support by managing schedules and customer communications and maintaining organized filing systems. • Utilize Microsoft Office and QuickBooks for data entry and financial tracking. • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and effective phone etiquette. • Assist in social media management and other marketing tasks as needed. • Ensure smooth front desk operations, including managing multi-line phone system and greeting visitors. • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. • Other general office duties include basic janitorial, ordering and stocking supplies, etc. Job Type: Part-time to start, moving into Full-time (after completion of 1-3 month training period) Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, DOE Benefits: Company paid benefits package available after 90 days of full-time employment includes dental, vision, life and disability coverages Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week during training Schedule: Weekday shift Work Location: In person (Bremerton office) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Schedule: • Day shift Experience: • QuickBooks: 1 year (Required) • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
