Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position with a key client of ours, located in the Fort Myers Metropolitan Area for a Medical Office Manager/Front Desk Manager. The Manager will oversee daily operations of the practice, supervise front office staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure smooth patient flow. Handle open/close of office, preparation for daily patients. Ordering supplies. Responsibilities include managing receptionist duties, enhancing customer service experiences, maintaining an organized and efficient office environment, and handling communication with healthcare professionals and patients. This role requires leadership, organizational skills, and an ability to manage administrative tasks to ensure optimal operations. This individual will need to be fluent in Spanish/English. Qualifications • Proficiency in medical office operations and familiarity with basic medical terminology. • Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate professional interactions with staff, patients, and medical teams. • Proficient in medical office billing and electronic health records. • Skilled in time and space management to promote efficient workflow. • Excellent customer service and the ability to handle patient inquiries and concerns effectively and professionally. • Experience in receptionist duties, including scheduling, record-keeping, and front desk management. • Previous experience or knowledge in medical administration or healthcare-related fields is a plus. • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Proficiency in using office management software and tools for efficient workflow. • Must be fluent in Spanish/English.
