About the Business: I am a Nurse Practitioner, small business owner of an integrative/functional medicine practice with a niche in hormone imbalances. I'm looking for growth which requires a strong team. My business runs mostly as a telehealth company (from my home), however I also rent a room from Ohana Fitness & Wellness where I do my initial consults and some follow-up visits if patient prefer in-person. This role is the front end of growth for the business. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY (NON-NEGOTIABLE) Convert leads into paying patients — consistently and confidently. Everything else supports this goal. Core Responsibilities Sales & Conversions (TOP PRIORITY) • Take scheduled discovery calls • Convert leads into- Initial Consults & Programs • Handle inbound phone calls and close appropriately • Follow up with warm leads and close efficiently • Track conversion rates and improve them • Handle objections professionally without sounding salesy In-Office Closing (Post-Consult) • Be stationed at the front desk / reception area during in-office consult days • Step in after the provider to close the deal (convert to program) • Review: • Recommended programs • Lab Reveal options • Pricing and next steps • Confidently close same-day when appropriate • Answer questions clearly and professionally • Ensure a smooth transition from consult → commitment → onboarding Additional Roles: CRM Specialist (Go High Level) • Build, manage, and optimize the CRM to function as intended • Set up: • Pipelines • Automations • Workflows • Tags • Conversion tracking • Ensure visibility of: • Lead → Call → Consult → Sale • Identify inefficiencies and proactively fix them Marketing, Social Media & Canva • Support marketing and lead generation efforts • Assist with or manage social media strategy • Create assets in Canva, including: • Social posts • Lead magnets • Handouts • Marketing visuals • Understand how content connects to conversions ✅ REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT THIS) You must have: • Proven sales experience with measurable conversions • Experience helping grow a business or brand • CRM experience (Go High Level strongly preferred) • Confidence closing both: • Virtual sales (calls) • In-person sales (post-consult) • Marketing and social media knowledge • Strong Canva skills (not basic) • Comfort discussing pricing and asking for the sale IDEAL CANDIDATE You are: • Passionate about health, wellness, integrative or functional medicine • Personally aligned with health • A self-starter who takes ownership • Organized, confident, and proactive • Creative and analytical • Comfortable leading, improving systems, and being accountable This is a LONG-TERM role, starting PART-TIME, with the opportunity to expand for the right person.
