We are seeking a dedicated, hands-on Program Manager to oversee daily operations for a youth enrichment program serving children ages 5–12 years old. This position plays a key role in ensuring program quality, staff alignment, positive family relationships, and compliance with safety and licensing requirements. Company DescriptionTODAY’s Central Enrichment Program is a community-centered youth development organization dedicated to providing a safe, engaging, and empowering environment for children and families.
