Full Description

We are seeking a dedicated, hands-on Program Manager to oversee daily operations for a youth enrichment program serving children ages 5–12 years old. This role requires a confident leader who is highly skilled at engaging younger children while also managing staff, schedules, and program flow. The Program Manager serves as the primary point person on site for staff, families, and program operations. This individual leads by example—actively participating in programming, setting the tone for the space, and supporting staff in real time. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a safe, structured, and engaging environment for children. This position plays a key role in ensuring program quality, staff alignment, positive family relationships, and compliance with safety and licensing requirements. Company DescriptionTODAY’s Central Enrichment Program is a community-centered youth development organization dedicated to providing a safe, engaging, and empowering environment for children and families. We serve school-age youth through high-quality after-school, school-break, and enrichment programming that supports academic growth, social-emotional development, and life skills. Our program is built on the belief that every child deserves access to positive role models, meaningful learning experiences, and opportunities to grow both inside and outside the classroom. We combine structured academic support, hands-on enrichment activities, physical movement, and creative expression to help children build confidence, responsibility, and resilience. At TODAY’s Central, we prioritize strong relationships with families, consistent communication, and culturally responsive practices that reflect the diverse communities we serve. Our team is made up of passionate educators, mentors, and youth advocates who are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and well-supervised environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to succeed. We are proud to be a trusted community partner, supporting working families and helping children thrive during the critical out-of-school hours.
