Our team is made up of healthcare veterans passionate about transforming chronic care. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Clinical Recruiter to help us rapidly scale our clinical team ahead of Q1 client launches. This is a fast-moving, execution-focused role where speed and quality are equally important. You’ll be responsible for filling critical clinical positions quickly, working closely with Operations and Clinical leadership, and partnering with our Sr. Talent Partner to ensure an efficient recruiting process. Key Responsibilities Lead end to end recruitment for roles including Registered Dietitians (RDs), PharmDs, Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and MDs. Source and onboard 1099 clinicians as needed. Keep candidates moving through the process with clarity, support, and a consistent connection to 9amHealth’s mission and values. Partner with Operations and Clinical leadership to align on hiring priorities and role requirements. Work in close partnership with our Sr. Talent Partner, who owns Ashby and supports recruiting operations. Source actively, screen quickly, and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously to deliver hires within tight timelines. Leverage Ashby to manage candidates and optimize clinical recruiting processes. Requirements Demonstrated experience in clinical recruiting (RDs, NPs, PharmDs, MDs, or comparable roles). Proven track record of filling roles quickly in a fast paced or early stage environment. Ability to manage multiple searches at once and deliver results under tight timelines. Flexibility to recruit both full-time employees and 1099 contractors. Comfortable working in a lean startup environment where priorities can shift quickly. Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS. This is a 1099 contract role, paying between $45–$60 per hour depending on experience.
