8+ years CRM or marketing tech experience, hands-on DealCloud expertise, strong Excel skills, project management, and a bachelor's degree.
The Senior CRM Project Manager will collaborate with business development, marketing, and IT teams to ensure the CRM is configured to support firm priorities, deliver actionable intelligence, and streamline workflows. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the day-to-day project lead for the firms CRM (DealCloud), coordinating with BD, marketing, and IT teams. • Manage CRM-related projects, including enhancements, integrations, reporting tools, and new functionality. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions in partnership with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders. • Lead user adoption efforts, including training, communications, and support for attorneys and professional staff. • Develop and maintain data governance protocols to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security. • Oversee large-scale data initiatives, including cleanup projects, dataset uploads, and integration efforts. • Design and automate reports and dashboards to deliver actionable business intelligence. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive ongoing improvements. • Collaborate with business development and marketing leadership to align CRM capabilities with firmwide growth initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree required. • 8+ years of CRM management, database systems, or marketing technology experience. • Hands-on experience with Intapp DealCloud including configuration, reporting, workflows, and integrations is required. • Proven experience building or optimizing DealCloud systems is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and CRM integration best practices. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data functions, and data manipulation). • Excellent project management and communication skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders. • Strong attention to detail, data quality, and long-term job stability required. • PMP certification or similar credential a plus.
