Position Summary The Senior Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act) related inquiries through ServiceNow, providing front-line operational support and issue resolution. This role ensures timely triage, tracking, and closure of Help Desk requests and exception events across all business units in alignment with regulatory and corporate quality standards. The Senior Analyst will manage a queue of DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act) related data errors that impact compliant product flow for drugs held in quarantine at Distribution Centers and pharmacies. This position supports 10 distinct business units across Retail, PBM, Omnicare, Minute Clinic, and Oak Street Health, and plays a key role in maintaining formal documentation of processes. Collaboration will include field teams, leadership, vendors, and the TraceLink SCWM (Supply Chain Work Management) platform. Key Responsibilities: Helpdesk Support (Primary) Manage and resolve DSCSA-related tickets in ServiceNow. Triage incoming requests, validate data, and provide guidance to field teams, distribution centers, Retail pharmacies, PBM Mail, PBM Specialty, and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation of inquiries and resolutions for audit readiness. Exception Management (Secondary) Monitor and resolve serialization exceptions using TraceLink SCWM. Coordinate with internal teams and external trading partners to address quarantined inventory and data errors. Support SOP implementation and compliance workflows for exception handling. Additional Duties: Communicate status updates and escalate issues as needed. Contribute to process improvements and training materials. Ensure all activities comply with DSCSA, FDA, and corporate standards. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in supply chain, retail pharmacy, PBM, healthcare operations, or related field 1+ years experience with Help Desk operations and ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Advanced analytical and problem‑solving abilities Familiarity with DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act) requirements, serialization, and traceability workflows Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivots, formulas) and PowerPoint (building clear visuals/documentation) Preferred Qualifications Experience using TraceLink, POET, or other DSCSA/serialization compliance platforms Knowledge of pharmacy, warehouse, and distribution product flow, especially quarantine and exception processes BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Healthcare Operations, or a related discipline Experience with Tableau or other BI tools for reporting and dashboarding. Prior database experience (SQL preferred) for querying or validating serialized data Experience developing analytical tools, templates, SOPs, workflows, or process maps to support operational excellence Education Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
