We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Account Manager to lead partner relationships, shape marketing strategies, and oversee the execution of complex, high-impact campaigns. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of marketing strategy, and a proven ability to deliver results while guiding and mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the senior point of contact for assigned partners, providing strategic counsel and leadership. • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor. • Partner with internal teams to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with partner objectives. • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations. • Provide strategic insights backed by market research and industry trends. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering clear, data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. • Manage project budgets with precision, balancing creativity and cost-effectiveness. • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth. • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for account growth and agency development. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 5+ years of account management experience in a marketing or advertising agency, with demonstrated success managing high-profile accounts. • Strong expertise in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and partner relationship management. • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and inspire team members. • Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools, including project management platforms, CRM, email marketing, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
