We are seeking someone who is knowledgeable, personable, and a great communicator who is capable of designing and leading high-performing paid user acquisition campaigns. What you'll do: We are seeking a highly analytical and strategically minded Performance Media Specialist with exceptional critical thinking skills to join our marketing team. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless execution and optimization of our DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and Clinical Trial marketing campaigns through meticulous planning, insightful reporting, and comprehensive collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in marketing automation, combined with the ability to think strategically and align marketing processes with overall business goals. Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital strategies that optimize patient recruitment, lead generation, and engagement workflows across multiple touchpoints. Develop comprehensive end-to-end patient journey maps in Lucidchart, visualizing the full funnel from awareness to activation, including all communication, media, and operational touchpoints. Architect funnel frameworks that align paid, organic, and outreach pathways to optimize conversion, qualification, and activation rates. Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, media, creative, site managers, and call center teams to ensure Lucidcharts accurately reflect live process flows and identify bottlenecks or optimization opportunities. Integrate and refine landing pages, surveys, email/SMS sequences, and automation workflows to enhance lead flow and conversion rates. Analyze and optimize patient journeys, conversion points, and user experiences to minimize drop-offs and improve activation rates. Oversee tracking implementation and attribution models, ensuring accurate data flow between platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools. Identify and troubleshoot data inconsistencies, tracking errors, and reporting discrepancies to maintain campaign integrity. Develop bi-weekly performance reports and data visualizations using SiSense, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, paid media, patient engagement specialist, outreach teams) to align messaging, user experience, and engagement strategies. Work with SiSense and automation platforms to refine lead management, segmentation, and personalized engagement. Design and implement A/B testing roadmaps to refine messaging, user flows, and engagement tactics based on performance insights. Ensure compliance with healthcare, clinical trial, and digital marketing regulations, maintaining adherence to industry best practices. Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, AI-powered tools, and automation advancements to continuously improve efficiency and impact. Standardize best practices to ensure scalable, repeatable workflows for digital engagement and conversion optimization. Leverage AI-driven analytics and automation to enhance data modeling, predictive analytics, engagement, and personalization strategies. Requirements Proven experience (4+ years) in digital strategy, lead generation, or conversion optimization. Strong understanding of customer journeys and full-funnel engagement strategies. Experience in tracking, attribution, and data flow management across digital ecosystems. Proficient in SiSesnse, Google Analytics, LookerStudio, Tableau, and CRM platforms. Familiarity with survey logic, automation workflows, and A/B testing methodologies. Strong ability to analyze and visualize performance data and make data-driven optimizations. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Preferred: BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. Bonus Skills: Experience with survey logic, AI. automation, and/or interactive patient engagement tools to enhance digital experiences. Understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations in digital marketing for healthcare and clinical trials. Experience in healthcare, clinical trial recruitment, or other highly regulated industries. Proficiency in AI-driven analytics and automation for optimizing digital strategies, personalizing user journeys, and improving decision-making. Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools for automation, content generation, predictive analytics, and lead scoring. Knowledge of multi-touch attribution models, first-party data strategies, and privacy-compliant tracking solutions.
