Sobre la función The Associate Manager, Talent Management supports the design, coordination, and execution of talent programs that strengthen leadership pipelines, enhance performance management, and enable organizational capability. This role applies strong analytical, facilitation, and program-management skills to deliver key components of talent processes, partner with HR teams, and ensure consistent execution across the enterprise. The Associate Manager contributes expertise to talent tools, frameworks, and insights while providing guidance to junior team members and supporting cross-functional initiatives that advance the company’s talent strategy. Lo que haces Supports the execution of enterprise-wide talent management programs, including talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and leadership capability initiatives. Partners with HR Business Partners and business leaders to prepare materials, gather insights, support calibration discussions, and ensure alignment across teams. Manages components of talent programs or workstreams, including timelines, documentation, communications, and reporting. Analyzes data and trends to generate insights that inform talent decisions, program improvements, and leadership discussions. Helps manage and maintain talent management tools, templates, and systems to ensure accurate and consistent usage across the organization. Prepares presentations, dashboards, and materials for senior leadership related to talent outcomes, succession pipelines, or organizational capability. Provides guidance and support to junior team members or coordinators involved in talent processes. (Aligned with Senior Professional expectations: advising less-experienced colleagues, supporting quality of outcomes) Identifies opportunities to improve program design, simplify workflows, or enhance the experience for employees, leaders, and HR partners. Works cross-functionally with L&D, HRBP teams, DEI, and other HR sub-functions to ensure integrated delivery of HR initiatives. Ensures confidentiality of sensitive employee data and adherence to governance and compliance requirements. Quién eres Strong understanding of Talent Management practices, including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational development concepts. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret talent data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly. Effective communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across HR and business partners. Ability to manage multiple workstreams or program components, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality outputs with accuracy. Strong problem-solving capability with the ability to evaluate complex situations, anticipate issues, and recommend thoughtful solutions. Proficiency with HR technology platforms, talent management tools, and standard office applications. High level of discretion and professionalism when working with sensitive talent and employee information. Experience supporting or leading elements of enterprise HR programs preferred.
