About the Role: As Talent Acquisition Manager - North America, you will lead recruitment efforts across a range of functions, depending on business needs and hiring priorities. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will play a critical part in shaping our North American talent strategy while acting as a visible ambassador for 73 Strings’ culture in a growing regional hub. This role is fully remote within North America. Due to operational and compliance requirements, we are only able to consider applicants based within North America at this time. Key Responsibilities: • Build and execute a comprehensive hiring strategy to scale 73 Strings across North America. • Own the full-cycle recruitment process across technical and non-technical roles. • Partner with global People & Talent colleagues to ensure alignment with business goals. • Develop diverse and high-quality talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and market insights. • Serve as a local culture ambassador and trusted partner to North American and global hiring managers. • Track and optimize key TA metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and direct sourcing ratios. • Strengthen and standardize hiring processes while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to increase visibility in the North American market. Requirements: • 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment within tech, SaaS, FinTech, or high-growth/scale-up environments. • Demonstrated successful hiring across technical and commercial functions in North America. • Strong understanding of local compensation trends and hiring dynamics. • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders. • Experience working with international teams is highly desirable. • Extensive experience with recruitment ATS’s, familiarity with HRIS systems as well as sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. • Commitment to DE&I best practices.
