Full Description

The Senior Executive Assistant (Sr. EA) to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a strategic partner and trusted advisor who enables the CMO and Marketing Leadership Team to maximize their impact on the business. This role goes beyond administrative support it provides operational leverage, anticipates needs, ensures seamless execution of priorities, and strengthens alignment across teams. The Sr. EA embodies the company's culture, champions collaboration, and creates capacity for the CMO to focus on strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation. Responsibilities • Manage and optimize the CMO's calendar, proactively prioritizing time to align with company objectives, customer needs, and organizational rhythms. • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel logistics with attention to cost, efficiency, and executive preferences. • Serve as a strategic gatekeeper and liaison filtering, prioritizing, and addressing requests to ensure the CMO's focus remains on the most critical priorities. • Prepare CMO for key meetings by assembling briefing materials, pre-reads, and follow-up tracking. • Organize and support Marketing leadership and all-hands meetings, offsites, and key cross-functional gatherings ensuring agendas, materials, and logistics are seamless. • Track action items and commitments across the marketing leadership team; ensure deadlines are met and outcomes are communicated. • Partner with Marketing Operations and Communications teams to streamline internal & external updates, communications, and reporting cadence. • Coordinate, vet, and manage internal and external virtual and in-person speaking opportunities for CMO and with 6sense PR Team. • Support ad hoc projects, research, and initiatives that extend the reach and efficiency of the CMO. • Builds trusted relationships with colleagues and senior executives across the organization and externally, engaging key stakeholders to drive alignment, strengthen collaboration, and ensure the smooth flow of information and priorities. • Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information, setting the standard for professionalism within the organization. Requirements • 8+ years of experience with at least one year supporting C-level leaders in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment. • Proven experience managing complex calendars, international travel, and high-volume communications. • Strong track record of project coordination and execution, ideally with exposure to Marketing or GTM functions. • Demonstrated ability to navigate global, matrixed organizations and collaborate across diverse stakeholders. • Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (MS Office suite, Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, Asana, or Tableau experience a plus. • Flexibility and ability to travel up to 20% as needed for executive support, leadership meetings, customer engagements, and team events. • Exceptional ability to manage competing priorities, logistics, and details under tight deadlines. • Anticipates needs, identifies risks, and proactively addresses challenges. • Builds trust with executives, peers, and partners through discretion, reliability, and service mindset. Base Salary Range: $116,437.50 - $170,775.00. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense's total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense's board.
