The Regional Business Line Manager (BLM) is accountable for the commercial success, market positioning, and lifecycle management of the assigned product portfolio within the region. This leader owns regional portfolio strategy and execution — driving revenue performance, marketing effectiveness, and cross-functional alignment between Sales, Service, Applications, Education, and Product Management. The BLM acts as the primary business owner of the portfolio in the region, serving as the critical bridge between global product strategy and field execution, and between customer needs and internal stakeholders. The Regional Commercial Strategy Manager – Americas is accountable for the commercial success, market positioning, and lifecycle management of the assigned product portfolio within the region. This leader owns regional portfolio strategy and execution — driving revenue performance, marketing effectiveness, and cross-functional alignment between Sales, Service, Applications, Education, and Product Management. The Regional Commercial Strategy Manager – Americas acts as the primary business owner of the portfolio in the region, serving as the critical bridge between global product strategy and field execution, and between customer needs and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities 1. Portfolio & Revenue Management Own regional revenue, growth, margin, and market share performance for assigned portfolio Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans, forecasts, and growth strategies Monitor funnel health, deal progression, and pipeline quality Drive disciplined opportunity management and forecast accuracy in partnership with Sales 2. Regional Marketing Leadership Lead all regional marketing strategy and execution for assigned portfolio, including: Value proposition & positioning Launch planning and adoption acceleration Demand generation programs Competitive intelligence and differentiation Localize global product strategy to regional market dynamics and customer needs Develop customer segmentation strategies and targeted growth initiatives 3. Cross-Functional Commercial Leadership Serve as the portfolio leader across the region by aligning and orchestrating: Sales: enablement, deal strategy, account prioritization, and executive sponsorship Service: supportability, attach strategies, customer success outcomes Applications & Education: clinical adoption, utilization optimization, and training strategy Product Management: continuous feedback loop on roadmap, enhancements, and field requirements The Regional Commercial Strategy Manager – Americas ensures all functions are working toward shared revenue and customer outcomes. 4. Field & Customer Liaison Act as the primary regional interface between: Field teams and product management Customers and internal stakeholders Lead key customer engagements, executive briefings, and strategic account planning Capture voice-of-customer insights and translate them into product, commercial, and service actions 5. Go-to-Market & Launch Excellence Lead regional launch execution for new products and features Own adoption acceleration plans, including: Training & certification programs Early-adopter strategies Reference site development and case studies 6. Governance, Metrics & Operating Rhythm Establish operating cadence with Sales and functional leaders Track and report on key performance indicators: Revenue, margin, pipeline, win rates, adoption, customer satisfaction Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making Knowledge & Experience Leadership experience in major Healthcare Imaging and cancer therapy organization, in both sales and marketing, Cancer therapy, radiation therapy and/or imaging industry experience strongly preferred. Demonstrates advanced understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, and performance management. Demonstrates and applies advanced knowledge of strategic planning, cross-functional business practices, and operating procedures for a major functional area. Previous sales and operations management experience. Prior experience managing P&L center preferred. Strong analytical skills and understanding of strategic business goals. Proven track record in driving, developing and mentoring high performance teams. Strong work ethic and commitment. Demonstrated ability to form relationships and collaborate with senior management in field sales, service, education, and product management organization. The base pay range for this position is: $217,580 - $299,167 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
