We're hiring a Social Outreach Specialist (DMs + Groups)! About The Role You'll generate leads by reaching out to people on social platforms — DMs, group engagement, and community infiltration on Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora, etc. No boosted posts. No paid media. No CPMs. If your background is in paid social or brand advertising, this role isn't for you. About You We're open to: • Executors — you want to do the work manually • Agencies — you have a team (often offshore) ready to run • Automators — you think AI can do it at scale If you can deliver leads, we'll pay. About Us We're a credible, funded, remote-first startup led by a serial [technical] founder, and backed by a 20-person team. The product is live in private alpha. Learn more about our founder, team, and comp structures at list-lab.org. Compensation Pay-per-lead — no equity, no base salary. You earn per result: • $10 per lead generated • +$10 bonus per lead for each of the first 200 leads generated by the team This is performance-based contract work. Earnings scale with your output. What You'll Do • Find and reach prospects — we provide sample profiles and groups; you identify prospects and craft outreach that gets responses, not spam reports • Work the groups — join and engage in the groups we provide; add value first, extract attention second • Stay alive on the platforms — follow platform policies, stay under the radar; you know where the line is and avoid crossing it • Track and report — log what works and what doesn't; we iterate based on your feedback • Take ownership of your output — good or bad What We're Looking For • Ability to find prospects in groups and DMs, craft outreach, and get responses — not bans • Self-directed — we provide sample profiles and groups; you figure out the approach and execute No experience or tools required. Prior experience in social outreach, SDR work, or community management is a bonus.
