Role Description This role involves strategic communication and leadership activation within the division. • Develop and implement innovative communication strategies aligned with business objectives, culture, and transformation priorities. • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, guiding internal messaging during change, crisis, and key initiatives. • Lead the creation and execution of people and change communication plans to support leadership activation and initiative awareness. • Translate complex business strategies into clear, concise, and compelling messages for diverse internal audiences. Communication Delivery & Activation Events: • Partner with People Operations and Optimization on multimedia content development and distribution across internal channels. • Collaborate with People Activation Events on division activation events including leadership events and town halls. • Drive storytelling to connect strategies, initiatives, and campaigns across the division. • Ensure message consistency and alignment across divisions, areas, and departments. • Foster two-way communication by enabling feedback loops and facilitating dialogue between teammates and division leadership. Team Leadership & Development: • Lead, mentor, and develop one or more communication advisors. • Promote a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and strategic partnership. • Represent division perspectives at communication advisory councils and feedback mechanisms. • Monitor and measure efforts based on best-practice measurements to enhance communication and engagement.
