In this role, you’ll help keep product moving—receiving, organizing, and delivering inventory across a high-volume environment that supports teams across campus. As Product Logistics Specialist, you will: • Steward product through its full lifecycle—from delivery receipt and unboxing to on-campus distribution. • Process inbound shipments, staging, and receiving merchandise. • Maintain on-hand inventory, perform audits and cycle counts. • Pull product for executions—often on same-day notice. • Process outbound shipments and liquidations, including packing lists and carnets. • Coordinate and process product returns post-production. • Support Product Inventory Leads, Managers, and Seasonal Product Management teams. • Serve internal partners while maintaining strict product security and access protocols. • Document process improvements and validate their impact. • Maintain organized storage areas for samples, props, and product. • Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and partners. Who we’re searching for / About you: • 3+ years’ experience in shipping, receiving, retail, or stockroom operations. • Excel proficiency required; familiarity with Airtable, Tableau, SAP, Keynote, or WMS a plus. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working on-site Monday–Friday. • Detail-oriented and dependable in fast-paced, shifting environments. • Collaborative, organized, and known for problem-solving under pressure. • Strong communication and follow-through skills.
