Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing • Administer end-to-end domestic and international relocation programs to ensure a seamless transition for employees while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. • Drive immigration processes by partnering with external legal counsel to facilitate the process for work permits, visas, and permanent residency applications. • Collaborate with Global Human Resource partners, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition to support mobility strategies and planning for global assignments. • Act as the primary point of contact for employees navigating relocation or immigration, addressing concerns and answering questions to ensure a positive experience. • Deliver guidance to HR and hiring managers to build their understanding of mobility processes and immigration practices. • Maintain accurate documentation and recordkeeping to support audits and reporting requirements. What Are We Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Experience in relocation, global mobility management, or human resources preferred • Understanding of U.S. and Canadian mobility practices and compliance requirements beneficial • Strong sense of urgency in resolving employee inquiries • Proven success managing vendor relationships, mobility programs, and cross-functional collaboration • Ability to analyze mobility data to identify trends and develop strategic recommendations that support business and employee needs Work Environment This role operates in a hybrid work environment with flexibility for remote and in-office collaboration.
