What You'll Be Doing • Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficiency and safety. • Implement and monitor production schedules and quality standards. • Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime. • Lead and develop plant staff through training and performance management. • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
