What You'll Be Doing • Train and mentor QC technicians to maintain high standards and consistency. • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards. • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement. • Diagnose and resolve customer concerns • Ever changing environment and daily activities working across multiple locations • Facilitate teamwork and communication amongst sales, operations, and QC.
