Role Description We’re looking for a Print Production Manager to lead our in-house print operations, from vehicle wraps and storefront signage to interior graphics and large-format displays. This role works hands-on with our design and installation teams to ensure every project is printed, prepped, and ready for flawless installation. Daily Responsibilities: • Manage the full print production workflow: design proofing, printing, and finishing • Oversee scheduling, quality control, and material management • Collaborate with designers and installers to ensure project accuracy and efficiency • Troubleshoot print or file issues and maintain print equipment • Coordinate timelines and deliverables between departments • Maintain inventory of media, inks, and supplies Qualifications: • Experience in Print Production Management, Vinyl Wrap Printing, or Large-Format Graphics • Knowledge of color management, Sai Flexi Rip, and wide-format printers (Printable Avery Dennison preferred) • Strong organizational and communication skills • Team-oriented mindset with leadership experience • Detail-driven and deadline-focused • Experience in automotive, signage, or creative production fields is a plus Why Join Us: Be part of a growing creative team shaping the next level of vehicle and environmental graphics in Colorado.
