================== W2 Only / No third party please ================= Role: GenAI Tech Lead (W2 Only) Location: 100% Remote Role Type: 12 Months W2 Contract Pay Rate: $65 to $70/Hr. on W2 Role Overview We are seeking an experienced GenAI Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced Generative AI solutions, with a focus on agentic architectures. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Langchain and Python, demonstrate strong communication skills, and excel at coordinating with diverse client stakeholders and distributed teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead GenAI Solution Development: Architect, build, and deploy agentic GenAI solutions leveraging Langchain and Python. • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements. • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor India-based engineering teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and best practices. • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality, proactively addressing risks and dependencies. • Technical Documentation: Produce clear documentation and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay abreast of GenAI advancements and promote adoption of cutting-edge tools and methodologies. Required Qualifications • Technical Expertise: • Proven experience building agentic GenAI solutions • Proficiency in Langchain and Python • Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI deployment best practices • Leadership & Communication: • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience coordinating with global teams and client stakeholders • Project Delivery: • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in dynamic environments Preferred Qualifications • Experience in client-facing roles within consulting or technology services • Prior work with distributed teams, especially India-based engineering groups • Knowledge of additional GenAI frameworks and libraries Job Type: Contract Pay: Up to $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: Remote
