Build and execute outbound sales outreach strategies, nurture leads, and collaborate with the founder to develop sales systems from scratch.
Must be Colorado based with proven B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
About: We’re a US-based company operating in the product development and global manufacturing space, and we’re looking for a driven B2B Sales & Outreach partner to help us grow. This is a very early-stage role. We’re building the sales systems, outreach strategies, and growth engine from the ground up. You won’t just be executing. You’ll be helping shape how we do sales as we scale. • What You’ll Do:Identify and reach out to potential brand partners across the U.S. • Develop outbound email, LinkedIn, and other outreach strategies. • Nurture early conversations and hand off qualified leads for closing. • Collaborate directly with the founder to build and refine sales systems from scratch. • Play a key role in shaping the future sales team and processes. What We’re Looking For: • Must be Colorado based • Proven experience in B2B sales, outreach, or partnerships • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and follow-up • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Experience with physical product brands or manufacturing is a plus • Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in a lean, fast-moving environment and like creating structure where there isn’t any yet • A driven B2B Sales & Outreach partner who’s comfortable navigating larger-ticket B2B deals and can build meaningful relationships with brand decision-makers.
