Role Overview: As a Warehouse Manager at 48forty Solutions and Relogistics Services, you will oversee the daily operations of our Reusable Asset Depot (RAD), leading a team of warehouse personnel to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of inventory. You will play a key role in managing customer relationships and driving continuous improvement in warehouse processes. What You'll Do: - You will lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to meet operational goals and maintain high performance standards. - You will manage all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping. - You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. - You will coordinate with customers to address their needs and resolve any operational issues promptly. - You will analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. - You will oversee equipment maintenance and ensure proper use of warehouse technology systems. - You will manage staffing schedules and labor costs to optimize productivity. - You will collaborate with other departments to support overall company objectives. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations. - Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 20+ employees. - Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements. - Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in reusable asset management or sustainable logistics. - Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma). - Familiarity with Lean warehouse practices. - Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
