Role Overview: As a Senior HR Systems Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing our HR systems and processes. You will work closely with the HR Systems team to monitor, analyze, and improve workflow within our enterprise hiring and employee management platforms, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will analyze HR system data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement. - You will collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system enhancements and troubleshoot technical challenges. - You will develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making. - You will ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - You will lead testing and validation of new HR system functionalities. - You will provide training and support to HR staff on system usage and best practices. - You will document system processes and changes to maintain clear records. - You will participate in cross-functional projects to align HR systems with business goals. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years experience in HR systems analysis or related data analyst roles. - Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM. - Strong skills in data analysis tools including SQL, Excel, and reporting software. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with process improvement methodologies and project management. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification in HR systems or data analytics (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar). - Experience working in logistics or supply chain industry environments. - Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA. - Familiarity with automation tools like Power BI or Tableau.
