What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant or warehouse operations management. - Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Proficiency in using ERP and warehouse management systems. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. - Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards. - Previous experience in a managerial role within the logistics industry. - Certification in supply chain management or related fields.
