Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and motivated Loader/Unloader to join our warehouse and logistics team in Walnut, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately loading and unloading freight, supporting daily warehouse activities, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities • Load and unload freight from 53’ dry van and refrigerated trailers • Assist with warehouse tasks including live unload/load, drop & hook operations, and short-term freight staging • Inspect freight for damage, verify counts, and ensure shipments match documentation • Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and supervisors regarding load progress and schedules • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas • Follow all company safety policies, operational procedures, and guidelines • Support inventory checks and material verification when needed • Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment (training available if necessary) Qualifications • Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or loading/unloading preferred but not required • Ability to regularly lift and move items up to 50 lbs • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment • Dependable, punctual, and safety-oriented • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive tasks • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends if needed • Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory What We Offer • Competitive hourly wages based on experience • Full-time, stable employment with consistent shifts • Opportunities for advancement within a growing logistics company • A supportive team atmosphere and professional work environment • Clean, modern, and well-maintained warehouse facilities • Training in equipment operation and workplace safety Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
