Job Title: QSR Area Manager Location: Central, FL area (Remote with regular onsite visits to stores and occasional corporate meetings) Salary Range: Market rate Direct Hire Opportunity Introduction 4 Corner Resources is seeking a QSR Area Manager to oversee several corporate QSR locations in the Central, FL area. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong financial insight, proven success managing teams, and the ability to deliver results through operational excellence and people leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications • 3-5+ years of experience managing corporate QSR locations (retail, service, or related industries preferred) • Strong financial management skills (budgeting, labor, inventory, and profitability) • Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills • Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability, resilience, and results-driven approach • Flexible schedule including weekends, with travel between locations as needed • Tech-savvy with experience in POS systems and accounting software Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Manage daily operations across multiple locations to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction • Lead, coach, and mentor managers and supervisors • Implement corporate initiatives, promotions, and new programs across stores • Analyze labor, inventory, and financial metrics to improve efficiency and profitability • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork • Monitor customer experience and act on feedback to drive improvements • Partner with leadership to report results and recommend strategies for long-term success Company Benefits • $75,000+ salary • Comprehensive benefits package 4CR2
