Health Plan Service Representative (2 Openings) Location: Remote, available in FL, IA, IN, KS, MS, NE, OK, TN, WV Pay Rate: $20-22/HR 6 Month Contract 4 Corner Resources is looking for a Health Plan Service Representative who would be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to Medicare Brokers, Commercial Brokers, and Employers. This role requires handling both phone and written inquiries, while ensuring each interaction reflects a commitment to professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, online chat, and written communication. • Assist Members, Brokers, and Employers with questions and issues related to: Eligibility, benefits, claims processes. Medicare and Commercial products. Group credentialing, commissions, member rosters, eligibility, premium billing, payments, and reconciliation • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. • Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to management based on recurring issues or trends. • Collaborate with internal teams and maintain effective communication with external customers. • Partner with the Quality Assurance team to track, analyze, and improve quality performance metrics. • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications: • 2+ years of Customer Service experience required, preferably in a healthcare or call center environment. • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries with accuracy. • Proficiency with computer systems, CRM tools, and online communication platforms. • Commitment to delivering outstanding service with courtesy and professionalism. 4CR3
