Job Title: Network and Computer Systems Administrators Location: Rockville, MD Employer: 4Consulting, Inc Position Type: Full Time Worksite: Remote Position Summary 4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Network and Computer Systems Administrators to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for: • Administer and support HCL Domino servers, Lotus Notes clients, Domino Directory, NSF databases, mail routing, replication, certificates, and access controls. • Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting for messaging, mailbox, database, replication, performance, user provisioning, and infrastructure-related issues. • Support Windows Server, Active Directory/LDAP, DNS, SMTP, PowerShell scripting, monitoring, backup/recovery, and email interoperability. • Manage incidents, root-cause analysis, change activities, documentation, and service requests using ITIL processes and ServiceNow. Minimum Qualifications The position requires: Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience 5–8+ years of experience supporting HCL/IBM Lotus Notes and Domino environments, preferably within large-scale enterprise, healthcare, insurance, or regulated environments. Technical Skills HCL Domino Administration, Lotus Notes Administration, Domino Directory, Mail Routing & Replication, NSF Database Administration, Windows Server, Active Directory/LDAP, PowerShell Business / Domain Skills Enterprise Messaging Infrastructure, ITIL Service Management, Incident & Problem Management, Change Management, Healthcare/Insurance Environments, User Access & Security Communication Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. Documentation Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. Work Authorization Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. Certification Required None Travel Required None Supervisory Role No Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting 5,000+ users and large-scale enterprise Lotus Notes/Domino environments. • Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, Dynatrace, Splunk, SolarWinds, and hybrid Notes-to-Microsoft migration environments. • Healthcare compliance/security experience and strong automation skills using PowerShell.
