Role Overview: As a Java Developer at 4Ci, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient applications that drive business success. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and implement Java-based applications following best practices and coding standards. - You will collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - You will write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while performing code reviews to ensure quality. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues. - You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and maintenance. - You will stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects when appropriate. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and tools. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Java development. - Strong knowledge of Java SE and Java EE frameworks. - Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web technologies. - Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, Angular, or React.
