Full Description

🧠 Account Manager – Health Benefits (Client Success & Retention) 📍Remote (Has to be South East) | 💰 $75K–$100K base + bonus | 🩺 Healthcare & Benefits Industry A growing, mission-led health benefits company is looking for a client-facing Account Executive to manage and grow a book of mid-market and large employer clients across the South East.. This role is ideal for someone who blends benefits knowledge, project management, and broker relationships, and wants to make a tangible impact in improving health outcomes while saving clients money. 🔍 What You’ll Do: • Serve as the main point of contact for 30–50 self-funded employer groups post-sale. • Lead renewals, resolve client issues, and partner with brokers to ensure success. • Drive retention and satisfaction, ensuring clients stay with the program long-term. • Project manage the implementation and onboarding of new clients in collaboration with the sales and underwriting teams. • Support client reporting, education, and cost-saving performance reviews. • Build trusted relationships with HR teams, brokers, and internal stakeholders. ✅ You’ll thrive in this role if you: • Have 3–7 years’ experience in benefits, insurance, TPA services, or healthcare account management. • Understand how to work with self-funded clients and their broker partners. • Can handle complexity — juggling timelines, renewals, vendors, reporting, and stakeholders. • Are comfortable in a client-first, mission-driven culture with strong autonomy. • Have excellent communication, organisation, and follow-through. • Want to join a small but mighty team making a real difference in healthcare. 🚀 Why Join? • The company is growing fast with a standout value proposition in a stagnant industry. • This role is client-facing, strategic, and highly visible. • Smart, passionate leadership and a genuinely collaborative culture. • Long-term potential to grow as the company scales in 2025 and beyond. • Real mission: helping employers save money AND employees stay healthy.
