Overview: We are hiring 1099 Independent Talent Sourcers to support our Recruiting team! Get paid for utilizing your network. Work as little or as much as you want as an independent contractor. What You'll Do: • Research and identify potential candidates • Initiate outreach to gauge interest • Set up qualified introductions between candidates and our internal recruiting team Location: Remote Compensation: • 1009 Independent Contractor • Commissions only; uncapped earning potential
