Job Description: 3M is seeking Process Technician candidates to join our team in Royersford, PA! • Starting Pay: $28.28/hour • New hires start with 3 weeks paid vacation • Health, vision and dental start day one • Employee stock discount & 401K Match of 5% Job Description: The person hired for the position of Process Technician will work at our Royersford, PA plant site. As a Process Technician you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: • Execute all department operations consistently at standard productivity levels, ensuring adherence to work instructions and completion of production paperwork. • Operate and maintain the hand setting process for aluminum reverse plated forms, including all related equipment. • Set up, run, and troubleshoot the electro-chemical plating operations, maintaining fixtures, tanks, and tools. • Perform E-Form replating operations, ensuring amperage control and maintenance. • Conduct daily 5S activities to maintain a clean and organized work area. • Report time and material in manufacturing systems. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Required: (Basic Qualifications) • Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Desired: (Preferred Qualifications) • Strong conceptual and analytical skills. • Minimum one (1) year of manufacturing experience in private, public, government or military environment and/or Technical School. • Required to read and understand work instructions, paperwork, and drawings. • Attention to detail and have sound judgment.
