Are you ready to help shape the future? Come join us! About the Role: We're looking for a Brand & Marketing Communications Manager to shape the way the world sees and engages with 3E. This role has a significant impact on how 3E is perceived across the market, spanning all business lines, industries, and regions. It serves as a unifying thread, connecting messaging, storytelling, and visibility across teams and functions to deepen customer trust and market engagement. Operating at the macro level of 3E's brand, this is both a strategic and hands-on role. You'll be empowered to explore new ideas, experiment with formats, and push creative boundaries while aligning with business goals. It's a unique opportunity to influence how 3E shows up in the world and to deliver high-impact, high-quality communications that drive real results. Location: Remote - Preferred in Eastern or Central U.S. Time Zones, with flexibility to collaborate across global teams What You'll Do • Lead brand marketing initiatives that raise awareness, build credibility, and differentiate 3E across all media channels. • Develop and execute integrated campaigns that align with 3E's growth strategy, supporting brand awareness, thought leadership, and top-of-funnel demand generation. • Write, edit, and review clear, compelling customer-facing content including campaign copy, content, customer announcements, and onboarding or renewal communications. • Manage production of multimedia content (digital, social, video, and print), ensuring brand consistency and alignment with key messages. • Partner with Portfolio Marketing, Marketing Operations, Solution Advisors, Customer Success, and Account Management to enhance lifecycle communications that strengthen customer relationships and retention. • Oversee agency and freelance partners, ensuring creative deliverables meet brand standards, timelines, and performance goals. • Track and report campaign effectiveness, engagement metrics, and brand impact, using insights to continuously improve. • Manage award submissions, speaker abstracts, and visibility opportunities to elevate 3E's market presence. • Maintain 3E's brand asset library, templates, and messaging guides, ensuring internal and external alignment. • Champion operational excellence by driving efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across marketing workflows. What Makes You a Great Fit • 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on brand, content, or integrated campaign management within SaaS, EHS markets, or other highly technical or regulated industries. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with demonstrated experience crafting messaging for executives, customers, and thought leadership. • Proven ability to lead multi-channel campaigns that balance creative storytelling with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes. • Experience managing agencies and creative partners across digital, social, and multimedia formats. • Strong project management and communication skills, adept at prioritizing, influencing across teams, and delivering results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, build collaborative relationships, and take ownership for results. Preferred: • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Asana, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite. • Experience supporting customer onboarding or lifecycle communications. • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights to guide brand and campaign decisions. Pay Transparency: The anticipated salary range for this position is $105,000-135,000 per year. The final offer will depend on several factors, including the successful candidate's skills, depth of work experience, location, and relevant licenses/ qualifications. Each offer is determined based on individual strengths and relevant business considerations. In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
