DESCRIPTION 3DFORUS, established in 2023, specializes in customized gifts and currently ships over 1,200 orders daily. Upon receiving a customer order, we complete production and dispatch within 24 hours, ensuring fast delivery and high customer satisfaction. We are looking for a passionate & organized warehouse manager to oversee the warehouse operation which includes production, order picking and packing and maintenance functions which include train, evaluating staff. OVERTIME AND WEEKENDS WORK are NEEDED You will ensure the maintenance of warehouse assets. To ensure success you need to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and perform your duties in a manner that maximizes profits. You will lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly talent, will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. To achieve this, managers are expected to provide their team with the tools needed for success while driving improvements in productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: General maintenance of the warehouse , include managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce Producing/ picking and packing when needed. BASIC QUALIFICATION Ability to operate forklift effectively. Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Available to work extended hours. Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, and/or holidays JOB TYPE AND SCHEDULE: Full-time 8-hour shift (overtime as needed) Monday to Friday（Weekends and/or holidays as needed） BENEFITS: Paid time off Bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,001.00 - $70,001.00 per year Benefits: • Paid time off Work Location: In person
