Remote (Southern California Preferred) 365 Entertainment Group About 365 Entertainment Group: 365 Entertainment Group is a Southern California based experiential production company producing immersive live events, branded activations, and large-scale lifestyle experiences. In addition to producing our own ticketed event properties, we also produce events and activations on behalf of clients, creating opportunities for strategic brand integrations across both owned and client-produced experiences. Position Overview We are seeking a part-time Brand Partnerships Director to lead sponsorship outreach and partnership development across our growing event portfolio. This role will focus on two primary areas: • Identifying and securing sponsors for 365-produced events • Sourcing strategic brand integration partners for client-produced activations Hours will fluctuate seasonally based on event cycles and sales periods. This is an ongoing, long-term role with performance-driven earning potential. Key Responsibilities: Sponsorship Sales – Owned Events • Prospect and secure sponsors for 365-produced event properties • Sell presenting, category-exclusive, and supporting sponsorship packages • Develop outbound sales strategy and maintain active pipeline • Lead pitch calls, negotiations, and deal closing • Coordinate contract execution with leadership Brand Integration – Client Events • Identify brand partners aligned with client activations • Source integration opportunities that enhance both brand and event experience • Collaborate with internal producers to ensure feasibility and alignment • Support partnership positioning in client proposals when applicable Partnership Strategy • Refine sponsorship packaging and valuation strategy • Identify high-value sponsor categories • Customize proposals based on brand objectives • Assist with post-event reporting and recap development Relationship Development • Build long-term brand relationships for recurring partnerships • Develop multi-event or multi-city partnership opportunities • Maintain organized CRM and revenue forecasting Ideal Candidate • 3+ years in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, experiential marketing, or live events • Demonstrated experience closing sponsorship deals • Strong understanding of brand objectives and experiential ROI • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently • Organized and accountable with pipeline management Compensation Part-time structure with performance based commission. Additional earning potential based on revenue generated and long-term partnership growth. Full compensation details will be discussed with qualified candidates.
