Job Title: Part-Time Mathematics Teacher Location: Brooklyn, NY Compensation: Competitive, based on education and experience Job Type: Part-Time Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related field (Master’s preferred) Minimum Experience: Proven experience as a Math teacher Join Our Team as a Part-Time Mathematics Teacher! 360 Talent Avenue is seeking an experienced and dedicated Part-Time Mathematics Teacher to join a well-established Jewish school in Brooklyn, NY, for the 2025-2026 school year. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate team of educators dedicated to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment. The school follows the Jewish calendar and is closed during the summer, providing a structured and balanced schedule. What You’ll Do: Plan, develop, and execute engaging math lessons that align with the curriculum and state educational standards. Adapt the mathematics curriculum to support individual, small-group, and remedial instruction tailored to diverse student needs. Evaluate student progress, providing feedback and assessments to help students meet mathematical knowledge and skill benchmarks. Establish and maintain high standards of student behavior to create a focused and positive learning environment. Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including student-centered learning, exploration, and direct instruction. Collaborate with faculty and staff to create an enriching and dynamic classroom experience. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related STEM field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience as a Math teacher. Strong knowledge of math curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Ability to engage and motivate students through innovative instruction. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Proficiency in computer skills and technology integration in teaching. Priority will be given to candidates who: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in STEM and are enrolled in a Master’s program.
