Full Description

Role Responsibilities Support the development, management, and execution of strategic initiatives that drive regional growth, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency. Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, key milestones, and business outcomes. Partner with senior leaders across departments to support strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making activities. Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, dashboards, and communications for leadership forums, including Monthly Business Reviews and Operating Plans. Facilitate internal communications and assist with planning for leadership meetings, organizational updates, and strategic reviews. Contribute to change management efforts by supporting communication, alignment, and adoption of strategic initiatives across teams. Monitor project performance, identify risks or roadblocks, and recommend solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Conduct analysis to support strategic assessments, initiative prioritization, and measurement of business impact. Role Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Math, or a related field or equivalent experience; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus. 7+ years of relevant experience in strategy, project management, business operations, finance, or a similar cross-functional role; equivalent experience considered. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills. Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret data, develop insights, and support strategic recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience preparing materials for senior leadership. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to navigate a matrix organization and build strong relationships across diverse teams. Experience supporting strategic planning, business reviews, or organizational transformation initiatives is preferred. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Salary The on-target earnings range is $105,000 – 130,000 USD per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
