This isn’t your vanilla marketing role. We’re looking for the Steven Spielberg of sales content. You’ll sit in the Director’s chair at the #1 media company in sales: 30 Minutes to President’s Club (known for the top sales podcast, newsletter, and international bestselling book). So if you’re excited about: Concepting a “12 questions for a $100M+ CRO” episode bit on the #1 podcast in sales Curating a stacked lineup of sellers and leaders to write on the #1 newsletter in sales Planning a ridiculous cold call teardown for an audience of 2000+ sellers Launching our next international bestselling book to sell 100,000 copies in 12 months… Then you’re in the right place. Keep scrolling. You’ll be the Director that turns the stories of top 1% sellers into tactical, step-by-step breakdowns: The Editor-In-Chief for Newsletter & Toolkits: You’ll curate top sellers and leaders to write on the #1 sales newsletter on the internet, helping them turn their President’s Club stories into tactical 30MPC breakdowns. The Director for Podcasts, Webinars, and More: From tape teardowns to course launches to new podcast bits: You’ll help structure and storyboard wacky concepts that make understanding sales actually fun. Everything Else: Whether you're launching our next course, coming up with a sponsored concept that pushes the edge, or helping plan a Youtube series, it's your job to make the fun, 30MPC content a reality. You’re either a “seller who wants to be a marketer” or a marketer in sales tech with these skills: You must have 3+ years of sales experience ideally in a fast-paced tech environment. You’ve got an eye for structured, tactical, fun content and know how to break everything from a cold call to a discovery down step-by-step (with talk tracks). You’ve got top 1% copywriting skills and can turn business content short, punchy, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and even books that are fun to read. You’ve got executive presence to partner with creators whether that’s helping a CRO storyline their next webinar or the #1 seller plan their next course with us. You’ll have a blast creating in-person in NYC (because content magic happens face to face): In-Person Location (NYC + Retreats!): You'll be working with me, Armand Farrokh. I'm based in NYC and visit my cofounder Nick in LA often. So you’ve gotta be close to one of those hubs because the real content jamming happens on a whiteboard, not a zoom. Compensation: We pay at the 75th percentile and include performance-based bonuses for key roles to reward top performers. Compensation, level, and pay band will be determined based on the candidate's experience level.
