Lead and manage internal documentation lifecycle for commercialization programs, collaborate across teams, maintain living case studies, and implement process improvements including AI tools.
Proven success managing complex programs in large tech organizations, strong content management and documentation experience, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and ability to work independently.
Description: • Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of internal documentation efforts for commercialization programs • Partner with stakeholders to ensure internal websites accurately reflect ongoing work and outcomes • Facilitate collaboration across teams to gather inputs, clarify goals, and align on documentation standards • Develop and maintain "living case studies" that highlight commercialization journeys and ensure timely, accurate updates • Identify and implement process improvements, including AI-driven tools, to streamline workflows • Monitor data integrity and ensure project pages meet internal standards for clarity and accessibility • Schedule and lead recurring check-ins with contributors to track progress and resolve blockers • Sit embedded on the Microsoft Intelligent Platforms team to provide hands-on support Requirements: • Proven success managing complex programs in large organizations, ideally in tech environments • Experience bringing clarity to complex projects with multiple stakeholders • Strong experience with content management workflows and internal documentation practices • Ability to work across multiple teams and disciplines with clarity and tact • Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity and team outcomes • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills • Comfort jumping in and working independently • Based in the US • Authorized to work in the US • (Nice to have) Familiarity with research commercialization, innovation programs, or product incubation • (Nice to have) Experience working with sales teams • (Nice to have) Experience with SharePoint, OneNote, or other collaboration platforms • (Nice to have) Understanding of research-to-product transitions and commercialization pathways Benefits: • This role is offered on a W2 basis • Flexible time off plan • 100% employer-paid medical insurance • 100% employer-paid dental insurance • 100% employer-paid vision insurance • Employer-paid life insurance policy for those enrolled in medical insurance • 401(k) plan with company match • Fertility, surrogacy and adoption benefits • Fitness and caregiver benefits • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • 100% employer-paid short and long-term disability coverage • Opportunities for professional development, working groups, and community-building events
