Position Summary: The Senior Manager, Content and Brand Strategy will lead brand storytelling and content development across a growing portfolio of multifamily properties. This role is responsible for shaping the company’s voice, ensuring brand consistency, and driving creative excellence across all resident and corporate-facing channels. The ideal candidate brings strategic vision, hands-on creative skills, and a deep understanding of multifamily marketing dynamics. Essential Duties: Brand Strategy & Messaging Develop and maintain a cohesive brand voice across all platforms and properties. Lead messaging strategy for resident communications, corporate initiatives, and marketing campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across signage, digital assets, and onsite experiences. Content Development Own copywriting for resident messaging, social media, corporate communications, and digital platforms. Manage content across internal platforms including Asana, Jostle, Engage, and SharePoint. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and relevant updates. Creative Oversight Provide creative direction and feedback to internal designers and external partners. Oversee production of visual media including signage, branded gifts, and campaign assets. Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to maintain high-quality creative output. Social Media & Resident Engagement Guide social media strategy and execution in alignment with brand goals. Develop resident messaging frameworks that support retention, engagement, and reputation. Monitor feedback and sentiment to inform content improvements and issue resolution. Onsite Branding Lead branding efforts for property-level experiences including signage, branded materials, and resident touchpoints. Support transitions and acquisitions with tailored branding strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience a plus 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, content creation, or marketing communications. Experience in multifamily or property management marketing strongly preferred. Proven leadership experience with direct reports and cross-functional collaboration. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Strong understanding of design principles and creative production workflows. Familiarity with internal communication platforms (Asana, Box, Jostle, Engage, SharePoint). Experience with signage and wayfinding Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
