Social Media Content Coordinator Type: Fulltime Location: Onsite 5 days in Westport, CT Salary: $70-75K DOE Client Overview: Our client is alifestyle brand that blends art, color, and optimism into home and fashion pieces designed to evoke emotion and joy. Role Overview: This is a hands-on, in-person position based in Westport, CT, blending creative direction with execution. The Social Media Content Coordinator will take ownership of the brand's social presence, capturing real-time moments and transforming them into compelling, engaging content. Social Media Content Coordinator Responsibilities: • Lead content strategy and direction across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms • Develop and manage a dynamic content calendar aligned with product launches and real-time opportunities • Capture, edit, and publish daily content including Reels, Stories, TikToks, and still imagery • Write engaging, on-brand captions with a strong, authentic voice • Actively engage with the online community in a genuine and timely manner • Produce behind-the-scenes content across studio and retail environments • Translate larger campaigns into organic, social-first storytelling • Support product launches, collaborations, and cross-channel marketing initiatives • Coordinate content shoots, asset management, and timelines • Monitor performance metrics and proactively introduce new content ideas Social Media Content Coordinator Qualifications: • 1-3 years of relevant experience or demonstrated strong creative instincts • Strong visual sensibility, particularly in color, composition, and storytelling • Proficiency in shooting and editing short-form video content, especially Reels • Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt to a defined brand voice • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting • Positive, collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for growth and creative contribution
