Senior Director of Marketing Operations & Analytics (Remote – Eastern/Central time zones) Our client is seeking an accomplished, hands-on marketing leader to build and scale their marketing operations and analytics function. In this high-visibility role, you’ll be the architect of how marketing decisions get made — from data capture and reporting, to technology stack, to campaign insights. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Marketing, you’ll have the autonomy and executive exposure to influence strategy while rolling up your sleeves to deliver results. What You’ll Do • Lead & Scale: Oversee the design and management of marketing operations, reporting, and analytics across all channels and programs, ensuring marketing runs as a measurable, repeatable business function • Executive Dashboards & KPIs: Develop dashboards, scorecards, and standardized KPIs that give leadership real-time visibility into performance, ROI, pipeline, and revenue impact • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Sales, and Finance to improve lead management, attribution, funnel reporting, and budget forecasting • MarTech Ownership: Evaluate, implement, and manage the marketing technology stack — identify gaps, recommend new tools, and drive seamless integrations across platforms • Data-Driven Decision Making: Build and maintain campaign, pipeline, and revenue analytics to support forecasting, resource allocation, and go-to-market planning • Optimization & Enablement: Provide actionable insights and process improvements that elevate marketing performance and enable faster decision making at all levels What We’re Looking For • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing operations and analytics, ideally in SaaS or data-intensive tech companies • Deep expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms • Proven ability to architect scalable processes, improve data quality, and deliver executive-level reporting that influences strategy • Strong cross-functional collaborator with a track record of partnering with Sales, Finance, and Product Marketing to align on goals and outcomes • Strategic thinker who is also hands-on — thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments and can navigate ambiguity while delivering measurable results What the Company Offers This is a newly defined, senior-level role at a growing technology company.
