Culver City, CA | Hybrid (Onsite T/W/Th, Remote M/F) 12 months $80/hr (w2, eligible for insurance and paid weekly!) We’re looking for a Product Producer to join our Operations team and help drive end-to-end initiatives. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Product, UX, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Hardware teams to deliver features, app improvements, and a strategic roadmap of projects. You’ll play a key role across the entire product lifecycle—from strategy to launch—helping to turn ideas into customer-facing experiences. The ideal candidate is collaborative, highly organized, and experienced in launching features, managing complex programs, and connecting the dots across teams. What You’ll Do • Drive projects from strategy through execution across UX, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Hardware • Manage roadmaps, app improvements, and new feature development • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery • Lead project planning, timelines, demos, and go-to-market readiness • Support innovation by helping integrate new technologies and intelligence into the product experience What We’re Looking For • 7+ years in product operations, project/program management, or production in tech, media, or digital entertainment • Proven experience launching features and managing the full product lifecycle • Strong collaboration skills to work across multiple partner teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping strategy and user experience top of mind • Strong communicator with experience presenting to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
